This was the second gift he opened on Christmas, and he did not care about the rest after. The concept is similar to the pattern palace episodes, easy to use with the cards provided, or for children to make their own patterns. Very beneficial for spatial awareness. Be mindful of littles who still like to put items in their mouths as the pieces are small, but strongly made, vibrant in color, and the different characters are easy to identify.
