I'd give Springair Cashmere a 10 star rating if available. I found the delivery time and communication from Springair Cashmere above par (even for Amazon - and I do love Amazon!)!I am a perfect Misses size 2 (5'3" tall and between 99 and 105 pounds). All the same, I am not diminutive in stature and I certainly am too old to desire clothing that clings to my figure. I was impressed and thankful for Springair Cashmere's description of the sweaters and guidance for selection of appropriate size. This attention to detail gave me the impression that Springair Cashmere aimed to please. I was not disappointed in my opinion. The caveat to size up one size was (for me) a perfect recommendation.When I got my order, and after the trying on process, I was gleeful with delight! These sweaters fit perfectly and are exactly what I desire in a luxury sweater. The ply is not so thin that one might fear a "see through effect!" I like my undergarments "under" my clothing with nothing showing through! These sweaters are a quality, medium-ply cashmere. I do not wear cashmere for extreme warmth. After reading many of the reviews and all the positive remarks I decided to try it out. I did follow the advice of many of the reviews and ordered a size up. I usually would wear a medium in something like this, I am 5' 11" and weight around 150, and the large fits like a medium usually does on me. The quality seems to be really good. I have only had it a week, but you can just tell good quality by the feel of something.Update on sweater - So I changed my rating of this sweater to a 3. The quality is good, nice and soft still, but it has shrunk in size, and I am still the same size, no weight gain. Mostly it shrank length wise, it's now too short for me. I'm 5' 11" and weight 155 lbs. It now looks like a cropped sweater on me. It's too bad because I love the feel of it, but I look pretty silly wearing it. I thought this would be a life time purchase, but not so.So I have had this sweater for over 2 years now, and I have to say, I really like it. The quality is still very good. I wear it A LOT and it’s not really showing any wear. Next, I'm 138 pounds and 5'6". I ordered an XL and that was overkill - a large would have probably been better. The sleeves were fine, but the girth was just too big. The lady who wrote to me about the return was very nice and I was happy to see the return address was in California. She offered me several returns options, so I was happy. The sweater itself is light and pretty soft, yet clearly warm. The only thing is, it's a bit scratchier than my other cashmere sweaters - felt like there was some normal wool blended in or something. But a fine knit, never the less.
