I bought these for my dogs when they were having diarrhea when their breeder suggested making ice cubes out of it. The Pedialyte I bought at the store was liquid, but it says it's only good for about a week after opening it. This powder is super convenient, and I just add it to my bottled water when I (or the dogs) need to boost electrolytes. Very tasty, too. I was quite surprised.

I want some more.

I use this for hangovers. I always keep a packet in my travel bag in case I over indulge on vacation. Works great! And works better than gatorade (gatorade contains too much sodium). It is so easy to use. Just pour the packet into a bottle of water and shake to distribute. I do wish they wouldn't use artificial sweeteners though.

These dissolve completely in a bottle of water. Tastes fine.

Pedialyte 'sticks' are convenient for on-the-go, just add to a bottle of water to hydrate. I prefer the Strawberry Lemonade flavor, but the other flavors are okay too. The 'sticks' are easily slipped into a pocket or purse to take with you. The price on Amazon is comparable with the store. Yes, I would recommend Pedialyte for kids and adults.

This is perfect to put in those ICE (In Case of Emergency) backpacks when we're on the go! Also when my kids don't feel well they just tell me the flavor they want, I open it, put it in the bottle of water, and shake it well.
