**Q: what is cacao percentage?**
A: I don't know the exact percentage and it is not on the packaging.  I would assume that it is low though, since it is sweater then most "dark" chocolates.

**Q: Where by in Portugal?**
A: Canadaby DRAGON msrkets

**Q: Shelf life?**
A: good shelf life last about six months or more.

**Q: Did these change recently? i just finished my stash of them that was purchased in july 2020. the bag i purchased in march 2021 taste very different.**
A: As far as I can tell its all sugar no fruit real crappy.
