Review: Mind boggling fan! - I don't normally put my opinion on the internet however, if there was ever a reason it would be this fan. Ever since we bought this unsuspecting fan our lives have been unequivocally improved. When I saw the price I thought "wow that's a good deal" and upon installing I have retracted my first statement as it doesn't even come close to doing it justice. I just want to say how much I appreciate the engineering feat that is this fan. First of all it was extremely easy to install, the blades are solid and fit seamlessly. Second, the space for electrical components it more that adequately sized and as an electrician this is a big gold star on the chart of approval. Thirdly, the motor is as silky smooth as the finest cashmere scarf. The silence of it is poetry in motion. And last but not least, it pushes so much air that thor himself would be proud of this storm it kicks up. So in conclusion, I would recommend you buy this fan, you won't be disappointed.

**Q: Does the fan light have a memory function? Do I need to reselect the colour of the light each time I restart it?**
A: The memory function is activated by turning off the fan light for 10 seconds. Instead of cycling through the light settings each time, you can keep your favourite light when you turn it back on.

**Q: Can the fan and light be controlled separately by a separate wall switch?**
A: Yes. You can use the wall switch to control the lights on and off, but you cannot use the wall switch to dim the lights and control the fan(The wall switch needs to be purchased separately)

**Q: Is it possible to replace the lampshade, LEDs, remote control or other parts if they are damaged?**
A: If you experience a malfunction of accessories such as lampshades, LED lights, fan blades, remote controls and controllers, CJOY will replace them with brand new ones. There is no need to pay any fees.

**Q: Why doesn't the ceiling fan turn off when I set the timer?**
A: You cannot press another button after setting the timer function, otherwise the timer will fail.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good quality product, however quite difficult to install

Good quality product, however quite difficult to install as the ceiling cover is quite small and therefore difficult to contain all the wiring and remote. The paper instructions. are very poor - diagrams only. There is a good video though in the images section that helped a lot. This is my second fan, the first installed without too many issues but with the second, the remote didn't work. Take heed of the 'Remote Control' instructions, section number (3) as this was the cause of the problem. Buttons 1 & 2 need to be pressed together, very quickly, once you switch the fan on from the light switch. 2 other issues during assembly: (1) The rod that the unit hangs from needs to have the 3 holes at the top (2) The ceiling bracket has 4 screws, 2 of then are loose (diagonal). They need to be loosened a bit more so that ceiling cover goes on to them easily. Hope that helps.
