## Questions & Answers

**Q: Can it be used as a guest bed?**
A: Yes. This futon is designed for compact spaces, lounging, and occasional guest use. The cushion feel is supportive and compact. For shoppers who prefer a softer sleeping surface, adding a topper or extra pillows may improve comfort.

**Q: How big is it when used as a sofa and as a bed?**
A: The 66-inch size is best suited for apartments, offices, dorms, and guest rooms. The 75-inch option provides more seating and lounging room. Please check the selected size, room space, doorway width, and placement measurements before ordering.

**Q: Why do the cushions look flat right after unpacking?**
A: The cushions are compressed for shipping. After unpacking, allow time for them to expand and reshape. Gently patting and adjusting the cushions can help them look fuller before first use.

**Q: Is the seat cushion soft or firm?**
A: The seat has a medium-firm, supportive feel. It is better for shoppers who prefer structured seating rather than a very plush, deep sofa feel. Extra pillows or a soft throw can be added for a cozier setup.

**Q: Is it easy to assemble?**
A: Yes. The futon ships in one package and includes assembly instructions and hardware. The backrest and armrests are adjustable, so keeping the parts aligned during setup can make assembly easier.

## Customer Reviews

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great for rental
*by N***R on 2 April 2026*

Good affordable couch. It’s for a rental so didn’t want to overspend on furniture. Quality is mediocre

### ⭐⭐⭐ The hard surface made it incredibly hard to fall asleep.
*by A***R on 31 July 2026*

It's cute and reasonably priced. Good as a sofa in a small space. Suggesting a topper would provide cushioning, as it's extremely hard and uncomfortable to sleep on.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Beautiful sturdy sofa
*by C***D on 30 March 2026*

Very easy to assemble even for an active 70 year old. It is a bit heavy and awkward. The back and arms like to snap open while trying to assemble, but it's easy to lock back. Looks like the picture. Color is fairly accurate. My image looks darker than it is. It's more like a dark apple green. It's lovely. As some have said, the padding is not great, but not horrible. It would be very easy to add more through the zippers. Cushions puffed up perfectly after sitting for a day. They look fine. The best part is that the fabric sheds my pet's fur beautifully. It is so easy to clean. It is sturdy and the back and arms move easily. Great quality.
