Emailed them Sept 30. They responded Oct 1, they required photos. Asked them for a replacement Oct 1, then Oct 5, and provide them photos. They respond Oct 17 with instructions on putting the machine together. Really? I told them again they need to refund or send a new one, but I wanted a new one. Oct 20 they finally respond again they have resent. All they've done is STALL, STALL, STALL...probably past the time I can dispute with my bank. I JUST WANT TO GROW SPROUTS! It's now Dec 19, and still nothing. UPDATE: I finally received the replacement product, and just tried it today. The water will not pump up the tube past 2 inches, so does not reach the sprinkler head so of course will not wet the beans. 2 of the same item and 4 months of time wasted, and no working product. ### ⭐ Comes from China. *by A***R on October 27, 2018* Did not work.
