Sadly you cannot purchase replacement baffles (the wire mesh filters, NOT charcoal ones). Despite reaching out to the manufacturer, and going back and forth with them via email, they were very insistent as to WHY I want to buy replacements. I explained that I dropped one and the frame cracked and I just want to buy a few so I don’t have a problem in the future. They demanded photos. I told them I was not interested in doing any of this - are they available for purchase or not? Then they ghosted me… refused to respond to me further. So - you now have TWO stars. For future customers, BEWARE. What if YOU need replacements? I’d stay away, and I regret my purchase! This vent hood was a new construction install. Never had a vent in the kitchen, so I hired a GC to handle it all. He installed the mounting plate and cut the hole in the mounting plate off center (from where the existing hole is) to avoid a roofing truss. Once mounted, he called in an electrician to install a 110 outlet box in the attic. He didnt use the flexible aluminum conduit and instead bought a foot hard rigid conduit and used that instead. He said for long term use, you wanted to have a higher quality air conduit. Once done, a few adjustments, the photo shows the end product. He had to cut into the exterior roof to vent outside - needed to buy roof vent materials/flashings etc. When all done, took about 6 hours.
