The product is designed really well, and the anatomy reflects a common BJJ posture… the other alternatives out there look a little… flat. The vinyl outer feels sturdy and when it’s full the limbs feel anatomically correct when applying submissions. A few hacks for the filling process: find an old punching bag from your local online marketplace for cheap or free (I was able to find a cat-scratched one) and use the stuffing from the bag. I used mini hockey sticks to stuff the extremities around the pool noodles. Give yourself 4-6 hours to fill it and cue up your audiobook; it’s also going to get dusty and messy from the rags and polyfil so a clear area is a must! Follow the instructions of the most up-to-date filling process from the seller… it was super helpful! The hand written “thank you” note was a nice touch!
