Here is my honest review!I had suffered with broken sleep, waking myself up snoring and generally feeling exhausted for years. I have tried several products and found little to no relief. After using this every single night for 8 1/2 months here is what I’ve found.Pros:Most importantly, it helped with my snoring starting the very first NightIt fits well if molded correctly and has only fallen out twice in the time I’ve used it.It has absolutely improved my quality of sleep 100%. I have become so reliant on it, I even use it if I take a quick nap. Without it, I will wake myself up from snoring almost instantaneous.It is fairly easy to adjust. It took a few nights to figure out the right setting but once you do, it is great!Keeping the device clean is very easy. When I wake up, I place it in a cup with diluted mouthwash. This keeps it clean and disinfected. It’s always fresh and ready for me at bedtime.I told my dentist about it and he said that it was actually helping prevent me grinding my teeth at night, which was an added bonus.Cons:It takes a couple of weeks to get used to the tension on your teeth.I did notice some slight movement in my bite and stiffness in my jaw.
