Anytime I travel, I consciously know I’m wearing a backpack. Anywhere I go— whether I’m walking or standing in line, I have this uncomfortable feeling in the pit of my stomach that I need to be on the lookout for thieves and pickpockets alike. For years I wore my backpack in the front like a bozo just to avoid that paranoid feeling. When I’m using this backpack, that paranoia disappears. I know if anyone wants to get into my bag, they’ll have to full on assault me and rip it off my body. I’ve gone as far as to throw everything from my pockets into the back compartment just so I don’t have to think about pickpockets. As far as the bag itself: high quality, stylish, durable, all the rest. But the ultimate appeal, is that security and peace of mind. You can’t put a price on that. And for this reason alone I’ve recommended this exact bag to all my relatives. (In case you were curious they all love it as much as I do.) I plan on using this bag for the rest of my life. If it breaks, I will buy another. Note to the manufacturer: please keep putting the zipper locks on the top… it’s nice to know that if someone wants to break into your bag while it’s on your back they’ll have to put their arms up in the air and draw a whole bunch more attention to themselves
