## Description

Probio7 Happy GutThe function of yogurt starter bacteria is to ferment lactose (milk sugar) to produce lactic acid, which creates the yogurt consistency. This fermentation also produces the flavour of the yogurt. The main starter bacteria in yogurt are Lactobacillus bulgaricus and Streptococcus thermophilus.Unlike other yogurt starter bacteria, Probio7 Happy Gut also contains three clinically researched strains to help support your gut health. One of these is Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG, one of the world's most researched strains. It can also be unclear whether you are getting enough of the friendly bacteria to make a difference. Unlike store-bought live yogurts, we have tested ours to ensure each serving contains 6 billion friendly bacteria, proven to reach your gut alive. Each 125ml serving of Probio7 Life yogurt contains 6 billion friendly bacteria from 3 well researched strains:Lactobacillus rhamnosus ATCC 53103Bifidobacterium Longum CECT 7894Pediococcus Pentosaceus CECT 8330

Review: Incredible flavour! - I don't actually like the taste of yoghurt and only eat it every now and then because it's good for me, or if I can feel that my gut is off and want to get some probiotics in. However, the yoghurt I made out of this starter culture and whole goat's milk is legitimately delicious! The flavour is incredible, even just in the plain yoghurt state with no added fruit or honey or anything, although I did use the strainer that came with my machine to make a thicker "Greek-style" yoghurt. I am actually shocked by how tasty it is. I HIGHLY recommend this starter culture!
Review: Yoghurt making - Works well.

## Features

- SUPPORT YOUR GUT HEALTH - It is recommended to consume fermented food on a regular basis to support your gut health. However with store-bought live yogurts, you cannot be sure what bacteria are present, if they can reach the gut and whether there is a therapeutic amount. We had our yogurt tested to ensure when you use your Happy Gut Sachet to make live yogurt you get a therapeutic dose delivered to your gut alive.

Works well.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Made good, thick yoghurt
*by A***R on 7 February 2023*

I am new to the home made yoghurt idea. My first attempt did not get the temperatures even close, but still made a tasty product. My second attempt, even without a thermometer, was much better and I got exactly what I hoped for - good thick yoghurt, crammed with good live bacteria for my gut.
