After taking them for 3 months, I got a full blood work and all the components of these vitamins had good results. I try to take them after eating a meal, and so far they have not caused or increased any nausea symptoms. I saw some comments mentioning that one of the pills might change their color or start showing some black dots, but I did not encounter that issue, and after reassuring comments and the further details given by the brand, I think I would not have mind either. I am up to my last batch and as you can see in the picture, there's nothing odd about them. I have asked my OBGYN and the nurses I have seen during my pregnancy about these vitamins (I literally cut the component table on the box and brought it with me to my check-ups) and they all have given the all-clear.
