If they are hard and crispy, then they are too old and will not be as flavorful. **Q: Country of origin please?** A: Bag doesn't say **Q: Hi, seller, are these chilis organic or gmo-free?** A: Sorry, don't know. I would guess they are gmo free, but can't be certain. ## Frequently Bought Together - 2lb Guajillo Stemless Chile Bulk, Food Service Size, Whole Dried Red Chile Seco Mexican Peppers, Chiles Descolados, Versatile Ingredients for Mexican Salsa by 1400s Spices - 2lb Ancho Chili Dried Peppers Bulk, Food Service by 1400s Spices - 1lb Chile de Arbol Food Service Size S17.
