Container was fully sealed but powder looked damp and congealed on arrival, tried it anyway! All instructions followed but powder would not dissolve leaving floating lumpy bits in the mug. Also tasted disgusting. Apparently I’m not eligible for a refund on this item either! Very disappointed and will not be buying it again!
