**Q: How well built is this chair? I have an issue with chairs tilting to the side after only a few months.**
A: This is a nice chair overall, It seems to be well built. No noticeable tilting yet. We have been using it for 5 months now.

**Q: How low can this chair go?**
A: I am 5'3" and if it's all the way down my feet are flat on the floor

**Q: How does it hold up for the big and tall? Does anyone know the weight maximum or how it would hold up for someone 6 ft-300 lbs?**
A: I think the maximum weight on this one is around 225 pounds and it is smaller in stature.  I probably wouldn't recommend it for "big and tall" as we bought it for our college son, for his dorm room, and it is somewhat "petite" for him, though a good size for a small area.  He's 6' and 185', and it's honestly a little small for him on a long-term, every-day basis.

**Q: How is the lumbar support on this chair?**
A: Very good.  Able to sit for more than an hour without discomfort.  I recommend this product.

The parts and directions are great, and well labeled but the holds don’t all line up properly, so it takes some muscle to force things where they need to go. I’d suggest having a second set of hands. The little plugs suck just fyi, you have to jam them in which scratches the silver finish. It’s a super comfy chair though.

I have been buying, putting together, and sending to goodwill or giving to friends chair after chair for the last 2 years. I feel like goldie locks. I work from home and game, I need a chair that can be used for more than an hour, so really comfy seat, good back support, arms. I didn't want to spend a fortune, but I now know you get what you pay for so "fortune" is relative. I wanted it to look nice, but I now know that trying to be stylish is a waste of money for my needs. I am average height, 5'4". Wheels on chairs that said they were for average people added 3" most of the time. This one is PERFECT. Wheels on and I can sit and my feet are flat on the floor. So, getting rid of food rests and other things that were awkward under the desk trying to help. It's comfortable. I will say, I just got it, so I may have to revisit this review and followup. It was super easy to put together. And based on all of my previous chair purchases in the last year, I am overly qualified to say that the quality of this chair for the money is VALUE. Maybe the $400-1000 chairs would be more comfortable, but I just can't wrap my brain around that price. Army rests are a little low. Wish they were higher or adjustable, but I can live with it.

Pros:- Easy to assemble if you read the instructions provided- comfy for a 270lbs person- don’t have to squeeze into seat- nice paddingCons:- minor damage to base and cushions. As the damage is either at floor level or hidden by bolts once the chair is assembled not to big of a deal.- plastic base greater risk in it splitting over time.I’ll update in a year or so with how it holds up.Week later: Now that I have had some time to sit in it.... the only con so far is that the wheels are sticky sometimes. They don’t really like to roll around. Other than that still super comfy. 4/5 stars still6 month update: holding up well. Still very comfy, but the wheels are a pain in the ass. You literally can roll anywhere, it defeats the purpose of having a rolling chair on hardwood for me... updated to 3/5 stars.
