Review: Great product - This is an excellent product for healthy skin. I've been taking it for several years and nobody believes my age.
Review: Definitely seems to work. I'm very pleased with results. - I started taking these mid-February. Today is May 24. My skin really does look younger, softer, prettier. I know they were supposed to help with a youthful appearance. But I purchased based on YouTube reviews stating that Phytoceramides helped with dry itchy winter skin. I already do loads of other things to combat the signs of aging such as retinal creams, sunscreen, healthy diet, collagen and biotin supps. My skin was already is very good condition especially for my age (almost 50), so I didn't expect to see a visible results with these. But I do, I truly do. I keep noticing how smooth my skin appears, and was trying to figure out what I changed. Then I realized that the only recent change has been adding these supplements. I've been on these for just about 3 months. I'm very pleased. I have not tried other brands of Phytoceramides, but research leads me to believe this brand is good in regards to ingredients (rice is better than wheat) and price.

A: Apple, Fiber, Sweet Potatoes powder, Wheat Germ powder, Avena Sativa and Konjac Ceramides. 
CONTAINS NO: Artificial coloring, artificial flavor, preservatives, yeast, corn, milk or milk derivatives, lactose, salt, sodium, soy, sugar, starch.

**Q: So is it 700mg per capsule?**
A: Did you bother to read the label? Clearly says "serving size 2 capsules"  and 700mg per serving thus each capsule is 350mg-- you can even supersize the image of label.  No need to be helpless!!

**Q: Where is the product manufactured?**
A: USA

**Q: Are these phytoceramides Pure rice or sweet potato**
A: Hi !  Nusa Pure phytoceramides are derived from sweet potatoes.  According to Integrative Medical Science, phytoceramides that are derived from sweet potatoes, are the most effective.  Hope this helps.   Michele D.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Seems to make a difference

Still don't know how, but I think this stuff works! I take one a day, each evening and I honestly feel that my dry skin has improved and small wrinkles are disappearing. I've had no negative side effects, nor can I find any negative side effects, of phytoceramide supplements, reported on the web. I believe it's much cheaper, safer and less invasive than alternative procedures. This one is sweet potato and rice derived. Gluten free and supposedly rice derived is more effective than wheat derived. Who knows how phytoceramides are extracted from sweet potatoes or rice (or wheat)? Anyway, I'll continue to take these; worth a try for more beautiful skin ;)
