A sad day would set, should that company, either in Australia o,r in CA, USA alter its harvest, process, or formula. / Where and from multiple countries will the common herd of olive oils source and combine the oils, that and in aroma results in a very strong, harsh, strangely primitive character; Whereas, with the Cobram first-off, the scent is wonderfully delicate and actually of 'grape' (what is termed, 'fruity'] which characteristic alone and from the commercially available brands sets apart the Cobram. Color is a transparent chartreuse; taste and consistency pleasing, completely inoffensive, and with health benefits apparent. / While, and on the stove may this extra virgin olive oil also be used, care must be taken as its smoke point is lower than the ordinary olive oils. Be especially mindful of the temperature of the pan when adding Cobram olive oil. The pan should be only just warm (not cold and, definitely not hot] and only on low the temperature kept.
