Review: Comfortable…. - The 5 STARS UNITED Knee Pillow was purchased after a TKR operation to help with leg exercises and general comfort during recovery, and it helped. The memory foam gives good support without being too firm, which made it useful for positioning my leg correctly while doing exercises. It was also very helpful at night, as I could rest my operated leg on it when trying to sleep on my side, which took pressure off the knee and felt much more comfortable. The pillow holds its shape and feels well made, and it’s a simple but effective aid during recovery. Overall, I think, this was a worthwhile purchase and a helpful support cushion both for exercises and for sleeping.
Review: Good firm pillow - Good pillow, very firm yet still comfortable. Has helped with my back pain. My only issue is I wish they would offer a natural pillow cover option e.g made from 100% cotton.

If like me you cannot sleep on your back ( side sleeper) it’s not that good, however if you can or use it whilst sitting it’s very good. Can adjust your leg position to ease the pain, so good and comfortable.
