It turns on easily, it cools quickly and renders wonderful results. It is important to note, you cannot just put anything into these for them to work. They freeze and a very specific temperature and the sugar content in the mix MUST be as specific or you will get the dreaded clicking sound which sounds like the machine is broken. So the only drawback is purchasing a machine of this magnitude requires ongoing spending because these mixes are not cheap if you order them online yet they are necessary. ### ⭐ Seller non-responsive; bought two of same machine but one is totally different and does not work *by N***N on June 28, 2021* This is the first time I have left a negative review for a product, but I cannot get the seller to contact me back to try to get the issues resolved, and after reading other similar reviews it appears I may not get a response. We ordered one of these in March, loved it so much we ordered another one so we could use it outside once it got nice enough for outdoor dining.The second machine, exact SAME model, but this second one is not the same as the first one and does not work correctly, the other one is fabulous. Because we ordered it a few months before summer to make sure we had it in time, and because the first one worked great; we never opened the box until June (delivered in March). So when we realized it was NOT the same product; looks similar but functions differently (and by differently I mean it does not function).1. Auger does not spin -it knocks and bounces the whole machine2. Auger fell apart and the magnets are everywhere3. Auger fell apart and grease went in product and we lost an entire shift of of Slushies4. Inner cylinder welding slag is exposed and has cut the hands of employees trying to clean it (this is not exposed in the other one we have -SAME model number)5. Because the inner auger is open there are like crevices that cannot be fully cleaned -this will not pass inspectionI have been messaging the seller since 6/20/21 to try to get this resolved. We are a small-family restaurant and it was a gamble to put out $2600 on two slushie machines during a pandemic, but we were hoping to recoop funds lost over the last year through these super popular drinks, but now we are just $1300 in the hole for this junk version of the first one we received.
