A lot of people said these patches do not stick and come off your arm but the best place to put these patches on is on the inside of your arm and they stay on I only had one patch that come loose and dried up cos I placed the patch where I have a lot of hair on my arm rather on the inside where I have hardly any hair. You can sleep with these patches on they did help me by not having morning urges for a smoke the only downside I found by doing this was it took me forever to fall asleep and my sleeping pattern was all over the place id wake up in the middle of the night & couldn't go back to sleep this was the hardest part especially as I have to get up early for work, Also you do tend to have some weird dreams or think of things you wouldn't normally do lol you will also start to have headaches as your body starts to change after day 6 I removed my patch at bedtime as I really need to have a good night sleep and slept like a baby the following morning the first thing I did was put a new patch on as did not want to be tempted to buy a pack of ciggrettes and let all the hard work go down the drain the first few days are really hard but you will get used to it. Step 1: Wash and shave the area you're applying to! Get all that dead skin off! Step 2: Apply the patch, give it a slap! Step 3: Buy some Athletics tape (Kinesiology tape), cut a strip, round off the edges, bang it over the top. It's expensive (£9), but lasts months, and you won't be wasting patches. Didn't stick? Wash yourself better ya dirty pog! Replace the tape, and try again. Warning: May cause lucid dreams, if you start having wicked dreams and don't like them, take the patch off on a night, though having a patch on over night helped with my morning cravings. May cause skin irritation, obviously, you're absorbing nicotine through your skin, with tape on your arm 24/7, suck it up, and move it around daily.
