After dark I went and tested and it work awesome! Have them mounted slightly below the roof line at about 6 ft up. I have looked at hundreds of these type of lights and have yet to find one as bright as this one. The side LED's really are great. The corner LED's put out just enough extra light to really make the unit very efficient as a whole. As far as the motion sensor goes I am very pleased. They registered motion in the front at around 20+ feet and about the same slightly to the side as well. No false-triggering of the sensor during some wind when the tree branches were swaying either ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Bright *by A***R on November 26, 2018* Got this to illuminate my front door when my tenant comes home late at night. This unit came pre-charged, worked right out of the box. I did go ahead and let it bask under the sun for a couple of days before installing. The brightness of this unit is fantastic, however, the motion sensor is not as sensitive as I would like it to be. At first, I was worried that the light wouldn't charge as I installed it about a foot under the soffit, but it seems to be charging just fine. My in-laws purchased a different brand and they barely light up, as mine is still shinning in full brightness. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Stop looking. Buy this one - you will not regret it. *by V***L on August 3, 2019* By far, this is the very best solar light i have every owned. I tried a few similar models but this one is by far the best. The light is bright, it lasts a long time, it changes even on cloudy days. The motion detector does its thing as expected. Super easy to install. The button in the is insulated so water/ice/dust doesn't get in there (give Utech engineers a pat in back) it's a small detail that makes a big difference when i comes to durability.I'm satisfied. Great product.
