It says it can function as a Stop, Turn and Tail. Technically you could say it does, however, the only way it does is the 2 rows work independently from each other. What I mean is when brake is activated - 1 row lights up, if you have the marker (parking lights) lights on and hit the brake - 1 row is bright, the other is dim. Marker lights on with turn signal on - 1 row flashes bright while the other stays dim. Brake or turn with marker lights off - one row is steady or flashing, the other row stays dark. How I think it should work is like a regular tail light. Total illumination with whatever function its doing. When you have one row flashing, and the other row is lit from the marker lights, you can't really distinguish from a long distance what the light is doing. Both rows should do the same thing. I returned the light for a regular Stop, Turn and tail light. I will say this though. This light is VERY BRIGHT!!!!
