So I don't have too much experience with them. But my opinion is that this set is nicely priced, well constructed, comfortable, nice to look at, and a great way to get a non impact fun workout. I only used them in the pool with no chlorine effects. The belt and ankle are foam, covered with a material bonded to it. They are comfortable non abrasive on skin. The weights are straight dence foam.
