Decent, sturdy quality. The snare doesn't sound so punchy as I expect to hear. I expect thus is because I need to practice to get the best tone. I love how many different doinds and tones it can produce. I've plugged it into a bass amp and the sound is nicely muted - meaning it doesn't overpower, but rather has a more gentle accoustic tone.
