She kept going through the whole bag and figuring out what else she might want to put in there, but it is stocked very well already. Certain things in this kit do require training: airway, mechanical ventilator, and neck brace. So, get training before you use them, or take them out of the kit. I added some basic over-the-counter meds and a better tourniquet. Am I over-prepared? Probably.
