For what I need it is a great solution, providing 24hour visibility to all access points of my home. Set up is pretty much plug and play, I connected it to my living room TV so I can pull it up any time I like. The mobile app also allows me to view the system any time I like. Overall picture is sufficient in standard resolution and streams a little quicker, but if I want to see the details I can quickly change to HD. As mentioned it is pretty much plug and play, which means everything is included. I had pre-wired my house so the included wiring ended up in the trash. Not full CAT6, so really no other use for it. Would have liked an option to not have the wire go to waste, but understand they have to limit options. Review: Great customer service - This is a really nice system. I have the 8-megapixel cameras and they all provide great images. I also added a 5MP camera that i cam move to the left and right and has a speaker in it. It works with the system and provides pretty good images. This one will actually track a person walking across your property. All the cameras are individually programed to record when you want, and you can actually block off some of the screen that you don't want to be targeted. This is helpful when your front yard camera has some of the road in frame. Just to into the programming settings and block out the street/road and the camera won't send a bunch of useless warnings. This is really great. All the cameras have this and while it take a while to get them all set, once its done, you're good to go. I had a HDD error that i couldn't work through but a simple email to tech support and they gave me the instructions on how to fix it. Perfect.
