A: According to package 3. But it all depends how dense u want it to be. I like it more flavorful and thicker so for me it is more like 2 servings. You can also add potatoes, sausage and boiled egg, all this will stretch ur servings.

A: Yes, there are English instructions on the back.  I have never added mushrooms to this soup.  It is good on its own.  Some people add hard boiled eggs or sliced sausage which may be a better choice than mushrooms.  I do not add anything.  That is my preference.
