It's certified which is already a good start to a psu. As others have mentioned the cables leave something to be desired as far how how they are setup and the quality of them. I didn't like how it felt when plugging them into the psu and it felt like it was going to break something. Aside from that don't think it is very noisy in operation and it comes with extra goodies that you don't get for a psu this price. If the cables were a little better it would get 5 stars from me, so there is room for improvement in that aspect.
