With a 12 lb turkey, it was all I could do to get it into the oven, but wow, what a turkey; best one I ever made (using Gordon Ramsey’s recipe of course ;). I’ve used the cheaper versions - they just don’t hold up as well; they’ve chipped easily or the lids don’t fit correctly for a nice tight close.
