I got to avoid all the rush at the mall and I was reassured when I saw that it came with a certificate. The bonus was that it came in classy packaging. The diamond is really beautiful, and the chain is very shiny. My wife really appreciated the elegance of this piece and said it's a great accessory for all our upcoming holiday parties. They said they would get back to me and nothing.I'm going to get it checked by a jeweler then if it's fake. I'll do what I need to to presue a refund, but I wouldn't purchase.
