I ordered a BMW cycle expecting premium quality, but unfortunately, the cycle stand arrived broken. All the other parts are fine, but this kind of issue is absolutely unacceptable, especially from a brand like BMW. Honestly, I did not expect the quality to be this poor. I have paid a premium price for this cycle, and in return, I expect a proper, high quality product not a damaged or defective part. Kindly arrange a replacement for the broken stand immediately, or take whatever necessary action you feel is appropriate. I expect a proper resolution without any unnecessary delay. The amount I have paid deserves much better quality and service than this.
