Thankfully, the pain only lasted a couple of days, and by day eight, my teeth felt noticeably better. I have used this for almost one month, this toothpaste has a neutral taste, does not irritate my teeth/gums unlike standard toothpastes and includes what is wanted to prevent plaque build up ! Does not create the freshness of other other toothpastes but you do feel your mouth is clean anyway ! has no fluoride which is what i wanted ! So far looks of good quality ! will update this review later if in need
