Review: I piece of bottom drawer wrong size, CS didn’t respond. - UPDATE! Started with 3 stars but had go up to 5 after getting the replacement because it came together perfectly! The company reached out & apologized for the delay in responding. Now that it’s all put together, I love it:) I would purchase again, very happy with the quality. $80 is inexpensive, but this piece should be more like $50 even if it had come perfect. Mine came with a defective piece making it unable to be put together fully. There are 2 pieces that are supposed to be the same size that make the the shelves of the tall bottom drawer. These pieces also hold the poles of the drawer. However, one of those pieces is about 3/4” bigger than the other one, this shorter one is the correct size. The poles can’t stay in, and it’s lop sided. It makes the drawer unable to fit into it’s space. I contacted customer service 3 days ago, haven’t heard back. I can’t send it back because it’s already built & I’m not taking it apart… so I need to know if they can just send me the one defective piece, but they haven’t responded… it’s just annoying. Overpriced at $80 but would have been fine had it not been defective.
