However the child’s finger could get caught. You can choice vmaisi magnetic cabinet locks that have not small gap. **Q: Is it easy to remove? Will it stick the painting of the furniture?** A: Yes they remove clean with alcohol. You need to be careful taking them off, to not peel off any part of your cabinet. **Q: for cabinets, does this open enough for a cat to slip in? no babies, just a curious kitty!** A: No. It gives you about a half inch of a gap before you have to push the lock open. **Q: Drawers of my dresser does not even close properly. How to solve the issue?** A: For inset drawers, the included tool aids in placing the catch deep enough to allow the drawer to close. Most of the dresser drawers required to mount the lock sideways (it still functions!). The included inset ruler tool works well to solve this. ## Frequently Bought Together - 12 Pack Cabinet Locks Child Safety Latches - Vmaisi Baby Proofing Cabinets Drawer Lock with Adhesive Easy Installation - No Drilling or Extra Screws (White) - Safety 1st Plug Protectors, 36 Count - SKYLA HOMES Baby Locks (8-Pack) Child Safety Cabinet Proofing - Safe Quick and Easy 3M Adhesive Cabinet Drawer Door Latches No Screws & Magnets Multi-Purpose for Furniture Kitchen Ovens Toilet Seats --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.gr/products/69594327-vmaisi-12-pack-cabinet-locks-child-safety-latches-easy-install](https://www.desertcart.gr/products/69594327-vmaisi-12-pack-cabinet-locks-child-safety-latches-easy-install) --- *Product available on Desertcart Greece* *Store origin: GR* *Last updated: 2026-10-11*
