I’ve been using Boots no. 7 in various forms for forty years and have never seen a foil seal before. **Q: Does it help with sagging and scrawny neck?** A: I’ve been using no 7 since l was seventeen and l’m now not far off seventy! The issue of sagging is due to lack of muscle tone and to be honest there’s few products that contain fibres and filaments in their creams to tighten the area. However, no 7 can give a much smoother look to the area. I would recommend using both the day and night cream with no 7 serum. I use restore and renew no 7 brand.
