Review: Not Pachouli seeds? Pricy, Bad Quality, Hard to Germinate - It doesn't seem like seeds of Pachouli. It is pricy for little amount of seeds and the quality of the seeds aren’t really good. It took me great amount of effort to let only half of them germinate while the others didn’t have a sign to grow. However, based on the look of the sprouts, it doesn’t seem like Pachouli (which belongs to Lamiaceae family and is typically opposite broad-ovate or elliptical with serrated edges). The sprouts that I grow from the seeds have pinnate compound leaves. This typically belongs to legume family plants. I don’t think these are pachouli seeds. I will wait the plants to grow bigger to confirm.
Review: A little effort for success - Patchouli is a southeast Asian tropical plant. Most locations except maybe the tip of Florida in the US wouldn’t suffice as a natural habitat for patchouli. In some reviews, people ended up tossing in their hat trying to start patchouli from seed. The seeds are the tiniest I’ve ever worked with. Mine have begun sprouting as seen here. My tips for success? Must be a very warm area so starting them in the summertime gave me natural heat. These were started on my back screened in which is part sun and part shade. I have a mister which kept the soil damp for the seeds to sprout. Plastic wrap loosely on top of my pots allowed for air circulation but yet didn’t allow for soil to dry out. Patchouli can be a slow grower. Be patient. You should see a result. I reside in North Georgia.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: ¿Cuentas con envios a México?**
A: We ship seeds worldwide, however, please be familiar with the customs rules in your country regarding the import of seeds. We are not responsible for shipments that are refused or destroyed by customs.

**Q: How tall and wide will it grow ?**
A: I sprouted 6 plants. They grew to about six inches. I transplanted them into one gallon pots. They ended up growing to about one foot tall and stopped. They constantly flowered but didn’t grow any more after flowering. I am disappointed that they didn’t get big and robust. Two of them are still alive but didn’t get bigger after one year. I fertilized and watered but nothing. I live in costal California where everything grows like crazy. I am disappointed that these didn’t do what I expected.

**Q: The patchouli plant is use for whst application?**
A: Google will give you tons of uses. Personally, I use it in teas (sparingly), and in potpourris.

### ⭐ do not buy

Really should get my money back on this . It looked like there was nothing in the envelope but a couple grains of sand and they did NOT grow at all when I plant the grain of sand.
