A: Yes these are Made in USA.

**Q: what are dimentions of an unfolded pad?**
A: Based on the manufacturer's website, the medium size alcohol prep pads are -  2-Ply Alcohol Prep Pads, Sterile, Size Medium equals 1-1/8" x 2-3/8".

**Q: What size are the medium 2-ply pads themselves? I see a "product dimension" but that seems to be for the size of the box they come in...**
A: The 4.4x4.3x2.1inches; 7.68 ounces - are the shipping dimensions of the "Box" they come in, not the individual swab size. A typical medium swab is usually about an 1" to 1-1/4" square.

**Q: today's have an expiration date; how soon till they dry out?**
A: No expiration date.  They are pretty well saturated it will be years before they dry out! Don't know which pads the previous answer had but these are fairly large
