I purchased this product almost a year ago and recently had a problem with it (after using it on a daily basis), so I contacted the company, inquiring whether or not it could be repaired. They advised me that it was still under warranty, and they would replace it. All I had to do was provide a picture of it and a receipt, which I did, and I had a brand new heating pad delivered to me, and a new warranty "for 2 years", IN LESS THAN A WEEK. Customer service like that is unheard of these days. If I could rate this company with ten stars, I would. Besides standing behind their products, this is one of the best heating pads I've ever owned. Easy to use, gets hotter than most others and I particularly love the belt so I can wrap it around my waist and it "stays" there, and the weighted part of it, so it never slides around and it feels like a "hug". I don't write a lot of reviews, but in this case, I can't say enough good things about it or the customer service. I also own their massage gun and have been very pleased with that and now I know, if I should have a problem, the company will stand behind it. Feels like the "good ole days", when companies stood behind their products and did the right thing by their customers. I know I will be one of their customers "for life".
