Review: The only drinking chocolate I buy - Forget Swiss Miss, Nestle's, and Hershey's. If little luxuries make your life just a bit improved and you like nay love good chocolate, this is what it takes to make outstanding hot chocolate. It's not water based, it's milk based. I have not tried it with milk alternatives so I can't help you there. But with milk and some whipped cream on top, this is my happy place in the morning. It's rich and decadent. A pinch of calming luxury for a world that can be a bit hectic.

I just purchased this larger 3 pack so I don't run out!! For me, the best way to prepare it for ease, is to heat milk up , whole milk or 2%, no skim, in a mug in the microwave for about 2 mins, then mix in the cocoa well and its perfect! You could heat the milk on the stove if you have more time for better results , but the microwave comes out perfect IMHO, not sure why some negative reviews, maybe it was expired??

**Q: Is this the Dutch process cocoa?**
A: I am not positive, but I believe it is!

**Q: Does this contain dairy**
A: I looked at the ingredients and it said, ‘May contain milk’. In any case you would have to add milk to make the drink..

**Q: 3 pack and each pack individually of 500gm ??**
A: Even if it is several smaller containers that total 500gm, the price per gram (or oz.) is lower than the single 500gm container -- at least of the time of this note.  That's odd, because the smaller containers typically are much higher-per-gm (cost of packaging, add'l weight for shipping).  Smaller containers have some advantages, even if not typically less-expensive -- they keep longer, as the not-yet-used containers remain sealed.

**Q: Is this gluten free?**
A: There is no gluten-free statement on the box.
