Doesn't look like it does much, but it's worth every penny, if you put in the work! I had knee surgery and I use this every single day to get my range of motion back, yes it hurts like heck, but it absolutely has helped 100%!! Super easy to use, just put your foot on it, and pull the ropes as far back as you can! The ropes help to not let it slide too far, and helps to pull your leg in as far back as you can and hold that range for a few seconds to get that stretch! Also, no assembly, just pull it out of the bag, and start your physio!
