My conclusion is that it is best to replace a rice cooker after about a year of use—which is precisely why I continue to stick with this particular product.

We bought this Aroma 60 cup rice cooker for commercial use, and it has performed great. I followed the manual’s instructions and always got perfect results, even when cooking the maximum amount of rice. It cooks evenly, doesn’t get mushy on the bottom, and is very easy to clean. We’ve used it about 10–12 times over the past year, and it still works like new. Overall, no complaints — very reliable and highly recommended.
