Red and black handle magnet - 160-lb. Pull with magnetic shield. 5in.L x 3 1/2in.H x 1in. Thick. Comes with two magnetic shields to block the magnetic strength when the magnet is not in use. Great for retrieving and moving metal items such as shelves, sheeting and pipes. Ndfeb magnets are incased in a durable red plastic shell with easy grip rubber handle. Lifts up to 210 pounds. Under normal use, permanent magnetism guaranteed. Note: pounds pull is rated by vertical test on 3/8in. Thick ground steel PLATE. Pounds pull rating will be reduced if the item you wish to lift is thinner, painted, or an uneven surface. Review: If you work with sheet metal, get this. - I bought this for a welder who carries large sheets of metal. This has made the carrying so much easier. The magnet really holds on, so you only have to balance the metal sheet with the second hand. In fact I only gave 4 stars for easy to remove, because once the magnet attaches, it holds on fiercely. I even caught the welder in the driveway trying to remove a dent in the car hood with this. It's a great tool.
