Would have been 5 stars had they been marked by size. *by V***N on Reviewed in the United States on April 7, 2015* Packaged all together in single, clear, unmarked plastic bag. No separation by size with no marked size on any of the heel tips. Had to use my ruler to identify each pair by size. All size pairs were included as advertised.Each tip's dowel was about 1/4" in length and the same size diameter as the old tips that I removed from the shoes. Meaning, the new doweled tips went into the shoe with no problems and were a good fit. I used a slight (pinhead's worth) dab of epoxy on each dowel. I figured by the time I have to replace these tips again, the shoes will most likely be worn out. I decided it was worth the epoxy bond versus the risk of not being able to replace the tips a 3rd time.I gave these 4 stars as they lacked size markings. Otherwise, they work as described.
