I would say light to medium coverage if you build it up. I am 69 and live in a very cold area, my skin is on the dry side, this foundation is a treat for my face. I use my fingers to blend in after sunscreen and a primer. Yes it is expensive but you use only a small amount. The sheer coverage is just the ticket. Looks so natural, I'm fair tone and the vanilla shade is just the right amount of warm without turning orange. Received my purchase in perfect condition.
