It works great, has plenty of room for 2 sandwiches and is quick to heat up and use. Easy to clean and best feature, that I had to have, is it can be stored on it’s side so it takes up almost no room on your counter.
Review: Cooks quickly, no mess! - I bought this because I have three small children who love grilled cheese sandwiches and it is always hit or miss in a skillet. I get distracted and burn them, can only cook one at a time, and cooks inconsistently even in a stainless steel frying pan. This press has streamlined that whole process, and I wish I had bought this thing YEARS ago! Makes excellent paninis even with thicker Italian or French breads, cooks consistently, and even makes cooked food presentation more attractive with the nice grill marks it leaves. I actually look forward to making grilled cheese sandwiches for my kids now, and they are saying YUUUUMM! Get this press for yourself. You will not be disappointed!
