If you are going to use the dipper to charge the cartridge, then only use powder listed in the instructions. I bought both the 9mm and the 38 Special kits at the same time (years ago) and the 38 Special kit had the flaring tool, same exact one that the 9mm kit uses. Bei der neuen Lieferung fehlte das Teil erneut obwohl ich auf den Mängel hingewiesen habe. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Lee loader cal 9mm *by C***N on 25 August 2024* Article conforme à la description ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good "caveman" kit for reloading *by J***S on 13 May 2026* Purchased and used to reload a few dozen rounds of 9mm as an introduction to reloading. The kit is solidly built out of durable material, small enough to toss in a range bag (should you need to), and comes with everything you need (tool-wise) except for the hammer. I later bought the 223 rem kit as well and have reloaded a few there. Fit and finish is beautiful. Curiously, the 9mm decapper doesn't fit 223 (the pins are the same size, but the 9mm decapper shaft is heavier stock, so it doesn't fit past the neck of a 223 case, whereas the 223 being lighter stock can be used on 9mm), which I'm sure has more to do with cost than functionality, but it would be nice if the kits came with universal decappers (it's literally just a pin punch...but again I guess they do that for cost reasons).
