Review: Great griddle with some serious heft - Works great to make smash burgers. I can’t wait to try it for my fajita recipe as I use a copper grill mat currently but it lets the juices drip off the edge. Note that depending on the size of your grill, this may be all you can fit on it. I have a 3 burner and it fits fine but leaves no usable space for anything else. Also, depending on the arrangements of the burners on your grill, you may have to move it around to do the smashing part and you hand will get very hot over a grill on high heat. This is great if you have indoor gas or induction with a bridge burner, but if you do a lot of this outdoor, it may be better for your hands to get a proper griddle that doesn’t have open heat you have to deal with. To be clean, I love Made In products and have maybe 12+ pots and pans from them. I’m slowly replacing most of my other ms with theirs because the work so well on induction.

It is extremely durable and we have used in on our gas outdoor grill for smash burgers and inside on our gas stove for pancakes. It comes with a grill press as well. It is easy to clean. It is a bit heavy and keep in mind how large it is including the handles for storage purposes. I like that we can cook a variety of items on it. I have no complaints and would definitely recommend!
