Just arrived today and I immediate placed it in the freezer. Tried it out in a couple of hours and my shoulder pain melted away. Not sure how long it lasted, just know I felt soooooo much better. My intention is to use this after my home PT exercises. It is a gel product if that matters. I was able to put it on without assistance, just have to set the arm part first and self thread the strap and you should be able to do it alone as well.
