I am updating to a 4 star as I assumed the cord I received would not work because it was not the same as my previous note 3 cord and does not look like the port on my note 3. I was contacted by the company who explained even tho it does not look the same it will plug into one side of the port on my note 3 just the same. To my surprise it worked and it is charging now. I hope to continue the 4 star rating as I use it, but the company was helpful and responsive and so far so good. ### ⭐ Look elsewhere! *by H***G on Reviewed in the United States on October 12, 2018* These are brand new batteries, cycled then multiple times. Battery last maybe 6 hours. Not even close to OEM or even replacements. Not a good choice of replacement. And the 3 year warranty isn't any good on a company that no longer exist.
